Ingrid does not like to be left behind, so when running errands, Christmas shopping, and whenever else possible, she comes with us in the car. She's a very serious/curious car rider.
Ingrid has learned that her all-time favorite treat, pumpkin bread, comes out of the oven. When it is baking, she will wait right where you see her, until it comes out.
Harris is coming home for Christmas! When we left to pick Harris up from the train, Ingrid was SO excited. When he finally got in the car, Ingrid suddenly began acting very coy, and timidly snuggled up to him.
All is right with the world again; her cuddle-buddy is home.
One of Ingrid's favorite activities, is to chase deer in the woods. When we put the Santa and reindeer Christmas decorations in the foyer, Ingrid began spending a lot of time in her prone position, just staring at the deer. We wonder what she is thinking...

Ingrid is not generally an enthusiastic present opener, EXCEPT when the package contains treats.
Nothing's quite as festive, as a Christmas afternoon cuddle while watching "American Horror Story."
